Formation:

Verb-ながらも

Examples:

彼は貧しいながらも、幸せな生活を送っている。
Kare wa mazushii nagaramo, shiawase na seikatsu wo okutte iru.
Despite being poor, he leads a happy life.
僕は忙しいながらも、毎日運動しています。
Boku wa isogashii nagaramo, mainichi undou shiteimasu.
Even though I am busy, I exercise every day.
病気ながらも、彼は仕事を続けました。
Byouki nagaramo, kare wa shigoto wo tsuzukemashita.
Despite being sick, he continued working.
雨が降っているながらも、彼は散歩に出かけた。
Ame ga futte iru nagaramo, kare wa sanpo ni dekaketa.
Despite the rain, he went for a walk.

Long explanation:

The ~ながらも grammar point is used to express contrast between what is expected and what is reality. It can be translated as 'despite' or 'even though' in English. The formation as same as te-form of an action verb but replaces te-form with ながらも.
